Guys, just wanted to share another undetectable result. Time to take a deep breath, relax, and possibly enjoy an adult beverage. Hopefully, this will encourage others that there can be a good outcome after diagnosis even with an unfavorable post-op path report.

May I ask -- I wasn't in the forum when you had your surgery and adjuvant, and your pathology is similar to mine -- Who pointed you to ART? Your surgeon? Uro? For me, I didn't learn about ART until I joined this forum. It still rankles that none of the professionals brought it up to me after RT as an option given G8 pT3a.

ddyss ---- I do recall our same age and RP. The old saying, "you guys are too young to have pca" is definitely out the window. However, glad to see you are also doing well and hopefully both of us have a long pca free life ahead of us.
