I have just learned about the "new" P-Shot (Priapus Shot) that sounds like a mircle shot especially for prostate patients

I looked over the website you linked. It seems rather overblown and salesy to me -- big on vague promises and anecdote and not so much on research.

There are a few clinical trials for injecting stem cells into the penis to improve erectile function. That's somewhat similar to your P-Shot but not quite the same. The stem cells in the clinical trials are extracted from bone marrow or from fat. There are some studies out there for the use of Platelet-Rich Plasma (like your P-Shot) to treat ED but they are tiny little studies and they seem to come from odd corners of the world -- a few recent ones from Russia, another from India, etc., etc..

The best place I've found to search for them is "The Journal of Sexual Medicine". The search results there include a scan of the first page of the study/abstract/article and, since most of hits are for short texts you can usually read enough there. Have you tried the various pills? Viagra? Cialis? You mention you were doing OK without meds. Maybe it's time for you to try the meds if you haven't already. There's a generic available that has the same drug as Viagra. If you want to try the pills you might start with "generic sildenafil".

Then, if you're going to consider injections, I'd talk to your regular uro about trimix first.

You can get generic sildenafil most anywhere but your doctor has to write the prescription the right way. Most urologists know the secret handshake. Viagra comes in 50mg and 100mg tablets and there is (currently) no generic available. There is another drug called Revatio that has exactly the same medicine in it (sildenafil) but it comes in 20mg pills. There are inexpensive generics for Revatio. You have to take the generic sildenafil pills several at a time to get the same dose as Viagra but they are so inexpensive that it doesn't matter. The scrip needs to be for sildenafil 20mg or for generic Revatio.

I checked GoodRx.com for local pharmacies in my (North Caroilna) area and the best price for 90 20mg generic sildenafil tablets was $36.40. That's 44 cents each. You can take them three at a time for $1.20. (If you find a good price on GoodRx be sure to print out their magic coupon if they say you need to.)
