Its one thing to be out of someone elses box ...Sonny has succeeded in getting out of his own box...we all have our own doncha know...all is new...all is new...much like a fawn at dawn...waiting to be born...while encased in a tiny drop of dew....

Sonny, I too have been away from here for a long time. I've really had no change in my numbers. My ED is still a huge issue though.
I for one, am glad to see that you have taken this step into the taboo world of herbal medicine. Shame on the govt and big pharma for keeping this out of the hands of the people it can help the most. Ohio becomes a legal medical state in September, and I will be looking towards this for an ED helper. Ohio however, will not be a whole plant use state. Basically liquid and vape only. But only time will tell.
I'm glad to see this post was not deleted or pinned,what ever you call it, like it would have been years ago. This is a subject matter now that has real merit.
I look forward to seeing you, your bride, and any other fun seekers at the end of April. I'm not sure how I would have handled this journey without the support of the GFMPH crew. It all started with a cruise.

Sonny, not so far out of the box. Problem is the medical community understanding and accepting its uses. It's great to hear that your clinical trial is having positive effects. Would you mind emailing the links to the websites that you sent Prato? I'd like to read up on it in case my state ever decides to start acting like the others in so many ways.

Thanks for the update and information Sonny, we are and glad you and Sherry are doing well. We have been wondering how things are going for you.

Since I first saw your posts many years ago and especially since we have met, I have marveled how you control the situation on your terms. Unfortunately too many let the cancer control and dictate the terms of their life. Most notably I remember how you cared for your wife, bless her, while your PSA was rising. You simply and strongly said that her care was the importance and focus at that time and that you would attend to your PCa at the appropriate time. That is dedication and courage. Also the way that you collaborate with the doctors on a level field is inspiring.

It appears from here that you have and continue to manage this chronic disease with little interruption to the importance of living a full life on your terms. Importantly as we have learned from you and your mantra....every day is a gift.

Lee and I look forward to seeing you and Sherry at Pat and Jeff's in just a few weeks and celebrate life.

So glad that I clicked on this thread. My husband’s story is very similar.
PSA raising years after RP and Rad.
Inguinal lymph nodes positive. Bone scan negative.
Lupron dropped PSA to 0.1 in first 2 months. From 7.8.
R.O. Wants 28 more RT treatments for a cure.
MO says NO. Just continue on Lupron,
Lots of problems post radiation. 3 pad a day incontinence and severe colon problems.
Can’t decide what to do.
These opinions came from Washington University and Johns Hopkins.

GaryGwifeRN, Did I understand that your husband already had SRT and now an RO wants to to do 28 more RT treatments? That doesn't sound right. I believe that would cause a lot of problems I'm sure that's why the MO says no. JMHO
