I am so sorry to be late and miss this. I am so so sorry for your loss. I am happy Gary is pain free and I believe in a better place. I am just very sad for you. You are one of the good ones Beth. Thank you for being here and sharing this incredible journey. We love you.

Celebratelife.... Thank you so much for sharing all you did during the last months of your husband's life. A fellow forum member pointed me in the direction of you and I've read every single post, you're incredible and Gary was very lucky to have you in his life. My Dad has reached the stage where treatment has stopped and so I'm trying to prepare for what is to come. Your posts... Made me cry but also brought smiles to my face.

I hope that you are managing... You're a strong woman. Gary will be looking down on you smiling ❤️May Gary be resting in eternal peace

Thank you for reading my thread and sharing your thoughts. And thank you also to whoever sent Kathy to this thread. My biggest hope was that this thread would provide some insight and comfort to others and knowledge that somehow you can make it through this journey. As others have said, do take care of yourself, and make sure your mum does too. Hospice is amazing at assisting with that. It isn't too soon to look into that.
