I guess, as I head for bed, the thought for this OP:

At 3 months post RALP, a PSA of .43 would be truly a cause for concern and more tests. Knowing that at 3 months, most RO's won't do any radiation for a while yet. The downgrade to 0.02 is great news. All we can say to your friend is....do your best to live life for the next 3 months until the next PSA. If THAT one is 0.02 or (even better) non-detect...then we hope the lab did something to correct whatever the problem was.

Not unlike some of the observations and opinions expressed on HW. The techniques of Nietzsche are still alive and well. smilewinkgrin

Maybe just- kinda trying to "skirt around" how you..."thought"...with the 2nd PSA....it was only
