I go to a urologist at Emory who's considered an expert in male hormones, sexual reproduction, etc. etc.
I was low T prior to cancer and my PCP put me on a shot replacement therapy. Then I got the diagnose because my PSA doubled on a year. So.....two years after my HDR and when my PSA stabilized my urologist put me back on T therapy, as mine was about
180 or so (>250 is normal I think). I take it through a pump and I put it in my armpit every day.
I've been doing it a year and my PSA hasn't gone up, so that's the best news. It makes me feel better, work out better, and have sex with my wife of 27 years....better.
Like was said above, I can tell a difference in my bench press for sure. I'd recommend it. Mine checks in now at 450 or so, which is in the normal range so I haven't noticed bigger tits or smaller testiculs at all....
