Lower left back pain and painful testicle after ejaculation.

40 year old...For the last 2 plus years I have been dealing with some sort of frequent urination. Been to the urologist many times and have had many tests including multiple PSA’s. Initial PSA was 1.4, then 1.3 and last May (2017) it was 1.0. For the last month I’ve had shooting pain in my lower left back, sometimes it stops my in my tracks. Doesn’t hurt when I lay down, or sit. It’s the worst after sitting for a long stretch. In the last few days I’ve been having pain in my left testicle during an orgasm. Question is... could this be related to my prostate? Not much info on here about back pain as a symptom...

A pain in your testicle is not likely to be related to your prostate. With a consistently low PSA like yours it is extremely unlikely that you have prostate cancer. A shooting pain in your back is also very unlikely to be related to your prostate. That fact that it's a shooting pain makes me think it's spine related. Good luck finding out, but prostate is the wrong place to look for a solution to your problems. Frequent urination might be due to an enlarged prostate, but a urologist would have found that.

Fiddle... thank you for your response. The back pain is always there, just get the shooting pain when I move a certain way. The size of my prostate has always been normal so I don’t think the frequent urination is due to an enlarged prostate. I was just curious if the type of back pain I had was synonymous with prostate cancer. I know I shouldn’t be trying to self diagnose, but I’ve had some sort issue down there for a bit

No specific back pain is synonymous with Prostate cancer.

It is extremely extremely extremely unlikely your issue has prostate cancer I would put it out of my mind and look for another cause if I were you

Chris- thanks for the reply. I noticed that you were diagnosed at 42 with a PSA if 2.76.. what was the reason for the biopsy? Technically you were still in the 0-4 range. Didn’t think they would do a biopsy with a score like yours... unless you also had a DRE where something was felt

Talk to your GP or Uro and ask them to order you an ultrasound of your testicle. You could have a cyst in the duct which carries the sperm to the penis and would exhibit pain during ejaculation. These are common and can be easily treated. Your back pain sounds like sciatica.
