Even among men who are able to muster some penetration, the erections are seldom what they were before prostatectomy. And they don't last as long.

Anne, Do,you know about penile implants and injections? I am a regular at Franktalk. These are 2 regular topics over there.

I had the same issues tried a VD pump and worked ok but hated the ring, Dr set me up with Trimix and bam that was the ticket my orgasm are even better then before surgery and I stay hard for up to 3 hours. That is the best shot drug for sure. I would highly recommend to anyone with these problems.

I would recommend suggestion a penile injection. Totally awesome conditioning process for achieving and solid erection. Important to only inject proper or prescribed dosage. Anne I'm not sure you got an answer to your Kegel question but please google that: my answer is an enthusiastic yes for both of you. Honestly they are the stuff of life, especially that part of life. You'll know you've overdone it when well (13yos...) champagne corks and bottles.
