PSA is this a big jump

Buick, .13-.14-.12 is just noise. Why are you testing every week (or so it seems).
It would be helpful if you put a signature in your posts, by going to your profile, with you vital stats, especially your surgical pathology, Gleason score, Margin status, stage, etc. it will help people help you.

To address your question, a .13 is not a great number 2 years after surgery, and should catch your attention.
What does your Dr say?

I think you need at least one more PSA maybe 2, before looking at further treatment. And not at 1 week intervals, maybe every 6 weeks. I know waiting sucks, but it’s part of the game unfortunately.

It wouldn’t hurt to make an appointment with a radiation oncologist, so that if you do need treatment I’m guessing when, not if) you can hit the ground running.

sometimes you have to go with your gut. on the one hand you have an unfavorable number and on the other hand if you wait much longer SRT may not work.

Your PSA went from undetectable to 0.13 in three months? Yes, that is a big jump, and not a number you want to see after surgery. Since you've re-checked that value twice you can be pretty sure it's not a lab error. On the other hand, the undetectable reading from a few months ago might still be wrong, for what that's worth.

I remember from your other thread that your pathology was Gleason 6 with a positive margin. You probably want to think about salvage radiation at this point but, with your pathology report being what it is you ought to be able to skip the hormones which seem to scare you (and not without some reason.)

what is srt?

SRT = salvage radiation therapy.

at at G6, HT is likely optional, but with the rapid jump I could see an RO recommending it.

I hated HT but I would do it again. just remember. if salvage doesn't work you'll be on HT for the duration.
