Buick, .13-.14-.12 is just noise. Why are you testing every week (or so it seems).
It would be helpful if you put a signature in your posts, by going to your profile, with you vital stats, especially your surgical pathology, Gleason score, Margin status, stage, etc. it will help people help you.
To address your question, a .13 is not a great number 2 years after surgery, and should catch your attention.
What does your Dr say?
I think you need at least one more PSA maybe 2, before looking at further treatment. And not at 1 week intervals, maybe every 6 weeks. I know waiting sucks, but it’s part of the game unfortunately.
It wouldn’t hurt to make an appointment with a radiation oncologist, so that if you do need treatment I’m guessing when, not if) you can hit the ground running.
