Yes, I spoke with RO (each doctor spent 1 to 1 1/2 hours with me)
Urologist 1st (did DRE and biopsy); he went over the options and mentioned ECE
Referred me to RO (same group but different
location)
Referred me to surgeon who does DiVinci. The surgeon called me this evening with what he thinks will happen after surgery and did say pathology will determine once prostate is out.
mpMRI showed no lymph or bone involvement
SE are very important; sorry about
mentioning life expectancy - it crossed my mind once I got off of the phone.

Negative DRE, Uro did state that prostate was enlarged
Biopsy Apr 2018, (Dianon Systems Lab) Gleason 7 (3+4) 2 cores, 76% involved 10% grade 4 in first core, 2nd Core (3+4) 47% of core, grade 4 10% of tumor.
3 Cores Gleason 6 (3+3) 71%, 66%, 6% (base to apex)
mpMRI Jun 2018 - confirmed tumor on left side, 1.3 CM, suspected ECE and SVI+ on left side of protate
