I suppose the question might be how many of the 14 triggers hit G6. Might give you an idea if the cancer is very spread out or mostly in one quadrant. The AS protocols differ, but some use PSA < 10 and others use PSA density. Unless it has changed, the Johns Hopkins protocol would require clinical stage T1c and number of cores < 2. It's not clear cut that you should be on AS.
