Irritation under penis

I noticed as the day has gone on that I was feeling irritation down below. Lifted up my penis and there was a whitish substance that was kinda caked here and there and my scrotum and underside of my penis were beet red. Cleaned off with baby wipes and it feels and looks somewhat better. This was about half an hour ago. Ideas?

Hmmm. Insufficient rinsing when you showered... Something spilled on your pee pad -- maybe soap or toothpaste... or ...

So, you experienced a brief session of contact dermatitis following exposure to an unknown substance. Cleaning the area to remove the irritant appears to led to cessation of the symptoms. Hopefully, the trend towards recovery will continue.

Thanks for the info. I can assure you that there was and/or is nothing strange or funny going on here. I always wash thoroughly, especially since my surgery. With the Incontinence and the pads I have to wear it gets pretty damp down there so I think this caused the issue. Changing pads more frequently and cleaning the area more often with wipes has pretty much taken care of the issue. Thanks again.
