Just had my one year PSA draw along with T-level check for the information and establishment of a baseline. T-level came in as 472 ng/dL and as indicated by signature data I had not had any ADT. As of yet....
Also, as noted in signature, I have had 4 previous PSA checks with all being < .010 and I have figured with my path report that was outstanding. But in light of those same path findings I knew at some point I would most likely have to face "the beast" more directly.
Today my PSA results came back as .018ng.mL. So, in this 3 month period it seems to have gone from undetectable (<.010) to detectable at .018 which to me seems rather rapid. Have appointment with urologist this Thursday so will go over situation with him. At this point, believe I have time to contact lab for confirmation of results as reported. Will be interested to see time frame urologist will want to wait for another PSA check. I had previous discussion with an RO whom I really felt comfortable with; however, he has since moved out of state. Through my support group I have obtained good reports from another RO and in fact he addressed our group, so I am going to start establishment of contact with his office.
