F8 - his T was about
350 prior to treatment, and it was in the low 300's last we checked (August). As for the grim numbers...G9 is obviously not good...Dr. King at UCLA, based upon the diagnosis and response to treatment, puts the chances that the cancer is knocked out at 80% right now. That's not as high as we'd like obviously, but it's not as grim as it could be either. I mean, it's scary as all hell, but it's also worth trying to live and fighting for quality of life too, you know?
Swimmer - thanks for your follow up. I appreciate those thoughts
Saipan - Nagging is too strong a word. I'm not really nagging, but I really WANT to. LOL. We did try a sex therapist nearby...and she basically told me that if Christopher Reeve's wife could figure out a way to continue to love her husband and have intimacy with him, then surely I could too. After two visits with her, I was pretty much done with her. Not helpful. I don't know who else might be out there. I've looked but haven't found much. Maybe I'll ask Dr. King at our next visit.
