Good day to all of you. I am new on this forum. so please forgive me if my message is not within the accepted rules.
I am 58yrs old and 16 days post radical prostatectomy. was diagnosed in September this yr with posterate cancer.
PSA - 10.3 (26/06/18
PSA - 10.8 (18.07/18)
MRI - showed changes in posterate
Biospy 6/09/18 - Gleasen score 7 (4+3) Organ contained i both loops Stage II
10 days after the surgery, I noticed some erections though the catheter was on. After removal of the catheter two days ago I have been having frequent erections. Some are hard enough for sex while others aren't. The surgeon did not prescribe anything for Erectile dysfunction. Nurses told me after catheter removal to meet surgeon on10th Jan 2019, a day I have been booked for discussion of lab results of posterate and few lymph nodes that were taken during the surgery
In the absence of ED medications can I used penis pump to make sure enough oxygenated blood flows into the penis while I wait to meet the surgeon. If I need to use the pump can someone suggest what type. I have seen electric ones and manual. Which is good for a beginner like me?
My urine incontinence as at yesterday was almost zero. I am still using the pad I used yesterday before going to bed. Yet to start pelvic muscle exercises tomorrow.
