Lol! We all know New Year’s resolution don’t usually work. Exercise equipment manufacturers love the new year. Notice how they’re maxing out their commercials right now? Most of these Rube Goldberg contraptions end up in the garage after a few weeks.
However, I’m cheering for anyone who has decided to make realistic changes for the new year.

I resolve to become a better person in 2020, because I’ve already blown it for 2019 😉

Solid prostate cancer research is extremely difficult to do well, and the type of black and white answers many seek is non existent. Even the most respected studies come with major caveats. Our medical histories, our prostate cancer chemistry, and what we've had done are all so different, as is medical equipment and procedures, that it’s all but impossible to conduct studies that show what really works over long periods of time.
Asking someone on a forum what works for them, is, at best, a very general guide, and not an imperative.
I resolve to keep this in mind, for myself, and as we try to help others, in 2019

There is only one resolution I want to make.
But because I'm notorious for them failing, I won't make one.

I'll go with what Logo said. Chill. Like in ten years I have avoided Christmas
cookies. Not this year sugar and milk chocolate. Let the Cancer be darned. Best wishes for a Happy New Year.

I resolved to get up as usual, make breakfast and then wake up the wife to join me...as usual. Did that, have succeeded in keeping that resolution, and am now free of that for the rest of the year.

"I use resolve to gain stains out." - Almost a Ten Said...
Wonder if it works on Pca? They have tried everything else.
