Just had a PSA test done this week. It came back <0.1 just like it has been since Dec 2013.

Side effects are minimul.
No ED issues.
Getting to orgasm takes a lot longer now. Depending on who you ask it can be a good or bad thing I guess. I don't know if that's a SE or just the result of getting older.

Shows how successful this treatment method is for high risk. Cancer free and minimal side effects. Wonderful.

It also seems to me that the Chicago Prostate Center has many examples of success in treating members on this forum. If I were starting out again, I would definitely give this center a look.

Not really too many side effects. Like I said earlier here it takes an extra long time to get to orgasm. Again I don't know if that's related to the treatments I had or if it's just the natural result of aging.


Btw - what's with the dates on things in your signature?

Fulltlt, sounds like you are doing great. We communicated some years ago swapping stories about the Chicago Prostate Cancer Center and Dr. Moran. This coming May I hit the nine (9) year mark and my PSA still remains at 0.15. I am coming up on 83 years of age and have never regretted my choice of Brachytherapy. Only little problem i am encountering is having some radiation proctitus and hemorrhoids which causes some blood in the stool. To counteract this, a daily dose of Miralax makes a huge difference. Oh, we moved back to Illinois three years ago and I DO miss Colorado.
