OleJ, the thing about ED drugs after prostate removal is quite variable:
Some guys don't need the drugs at all (not many, but some)
Some guys need the drugs, and just because a particular dosage and drug works for one guy, doesn't mean the same drug and dose will work for another guy.
And, unfortunately, there are a lot of guys for whom nothing really works.
What we do know for sure is that all of them--Viagra, Cialis, Levitra are an important part of rehabilitation for everyone: They function by boosting blood flow to your pelvic region, and better blood flow means better healing. This is why the enlightened doctors prescribe a daily dose early after surgery, to help heal everything down there.
