On April 7, 2019 I will celebrate my 9 year anniversary of being prostate free.

At my annual physical on 01/02/2019, my doctor gave me the latest blood test results. The blood draw was on 12/19/2018. Once again my PSA is undetectable. Less than 0.02 ng/mL.
The lab statement for the PSA test states; PSA values less than 0.02 ng/mL cannot be accurately measured with Beckman Coulter Dxl method and will be reported as less than 0.02 ng/mL.

It has been undetectable since shortly after my RALP surgery and hopefully will remain undetectable.

Congrats RickyD! I happened to have my yearly followup Jan 2, with "undetectable" result as well! A client rep asked me yesterday "how you doing since your surgery?" "Great", I said. "There are silver linings being prostate-free: I can pee like a racehorse now and no more 'digital rectal exams!'"

Incredible even after a PSM! You are a great example that G6 at margin can be left alone with no further treatment!
