Oigo-metastatic RT options and experience?

I have a friend who was diagnosed nearly 10 years ago with PCa with one met in the hip. He has been treated with drugs for the entire time. He had provenge a few years ago and is on Xtandi as part of a Prostvac trial currently. His oncologist notes a rising psa with lesion(s?) in the prostate area and enlarged node(s?). He now lives several hundred miles from me so I have this information from afar. His onc referred him to a radonc two years ago who declined to treat for conservative practice. His med onc believes the time to treat with radiation is now. My friend is one who trusts his doctor and is unlikeley to search and demand the care he might best need.

Can someone suggest a radonc who might pursue this protocol with him? My friend is n the D. C. area though might travel. He is retired and independent. Personal knowledge of oligo treatment is welcomed.

I highly recommend that your friend consults with Dr. Sean P Collins at Georgetown U Medical Center (in Washington DC). Dr Collins is an expert in SBRT (CyberKnife equipment).
