End of 1st 6 Month Eligard

On 2/20 I get my second 6 month HT shot....
I take it this stuff doesn't wear down, Seams like I'm getting more hot flashes then before....
And I'm getting joint pain....I wont get into the Lupron fog end of it....LOL.

My one year of Lupron is up in March. My care team is split between going 18 months or stopping. Having joint pain and clicking in finger joints. Plus some of the other bonus round of side effects. Turning into the Pillsbury dough boy
has begun. The second shot hit me harder than the first one did.

i am 1 year 4 months past the end of my third 6 month shot slight fog clearing flashing--- 24/7 wish i had better news test in 4 days, might have good news then,we all know how that goes. if it goes well flash is not as bad... ride with it... good day to all NEPOL

Kind of the same for me. I've had 4 six month shots in total. With the first one I started getting the hot flashes and some night sweats, and also some fatigue (but some of that fatigue was probably also due to the RT and anxiety about things in general). I didn't really start gaining weight though until after the 2nd shot, after I had been on ADT/Lupron for 10 or 11 months.
