My new AUS pump and it's roomate, my testicle

After much trepidation I signed up for and had revision #2 on dec3 2018. My AUS was implanted 1/11/2011 the first revision was a smaller cuff in 2013. Now I finally decided to fix my badly leaking AUS. This time it was a total replacement with the cuff in a new location.
From the start things didn't seem right, now, 5 weeks later I am becoming more and more convinced that the tubes or at least one of the tubes is wrapped around my testicle's attachment cords and ducts. Has anybody had this happen? I have heard of this and of doctors untangling this. My doctor says it's ok but still I worry. I came in maybe two weeks earlier than the two previous times and it could be swelling but I can't move the pump without moving the testicle.
The residual swelling it not a great amount but it does prevent me from getting a good idea of what is really going on in there. It doesn't hurt but my pump is not free enough to operate it.
So, meantime I am wide open leaking but on the bright side that is really only marginally worse than the old AUS.

I wish you had'nt said that! It is going to be hard to get that image out of my mind. Or maybe, that's the next thing.

really it wasn't been trourblesome. the biggest problem was my expectations, my fist revision was my mistake. I have to say maybe my doctor could have prepared me better for the certainty of atrophy at the cuff location. I wasn't leaking that bad, I just assumed it was always going to work at 100% effectivness.Or maybe my doctor did say that but I didn't listen. Anyway my new doctor is saying that the lastest thought on the subject of atrophy is that you should have maybe 6-8 good years before that begins to be a problem. Since my revision in 2013 it has been 6 years but I started leaking badly 3-4 years ago,so mine maybe lasted 2-3 years of acceptable leakage.
I was hopeing someone had some comments on the "tangle" issue that I might be having.
