ART start Monday with previous threads

Starting ART on Monday - Decipher did come back "high risk" at 0.7 but had a <0.006 1st uPSA post op. Went for the set up last week, CT scan and markers since I don't have a prostate any longer

No hormones at this time, though I'm due for uPSA in February, I'll ask about next test when I go in on Monday.
7 1/2 weeks (38 sessions)

Hoping that this round will get me to complete remission!

It's an endurance test. Drink your water and walk daily.

You'll get through it.

Best of luck NorCol - as others have mentioned, it'll feel like a long road but looking for good end results
Almost wish it wasn't winter due to weather challenges, center is 15 miles from me but only 6 miles from work
I'm looking forward to spring and a continuation of undetectable uPSA
Since this is Adjuvant radiotherapy, I'll pass along findings / experiences to those who may face similar circumstances

First session out of the way - the treatment is 99 seconds long but the CAT scan to confirm bladder and bowel positioning took longer.

Why Adjuvant radiotherapy for my case?
1) SVI+ (single side)
2) ECE+
3) Decipher 0.7 (just into high risk category)
