I am nervous. My brother diagnosed a year and a half ago with spa 4.5 G4+3. Had radiation and ADT

Lates psa October .09. Now has bad back pain 2 months.

Should I be concerned or would that be rare after a .09 in October?

not enough PSA to cause any problems. The back pain is due to something else.

He should just go see a back/othro doc to get it looked at.

Could it be he has just not hit Nadir yet???

I am hoping info I received wrong amd it is .1

Again diag june 2017 gleason 4+3
Psa was about 4.6
No mri or scans done
Radiation and ADT

After .01
Then .02
Then .09
Now
.1 or 1

Brca 1 family mutation
