Is he still on ADT? What kind? Has he seen a MO?

Is he still on ADT or has that stopped? You'll see a PSA rise as the ADT wears off. Could be normal. Need more info.

Wow. Just realized I think I was misunderstanding Nadir.
Is Nadir when your PSA drops to hit Nadir?
I thought it rises to Nadir.
Now more reason for concern?
.01 to .02 to .1.

Once ADT stops, it's not unusual to see a (slight) increase in PSA. The question is, over a period of several months, does it stabilize or keep rising? What are the dates for the PSAs you mention?

The opposite of nadir is zenith. It's peak level would be the zenith.
So... now it looks like EVERYONE is starting threads on 'no subject'.
I must have started a trend. But don't let these posers fool you.
There is only one original. Then they broke the mold... okay, J/K.

nadir is the lowest PSA reading recorded to date. Post ADT, PSA can be expected to rise a bit. Post RT recurrance is considered nadir + 2.
Everything is fine, normal and reason for a party.

ok. In the shop, are you saying .01, .02. 09 then .1 is still ok?
Exact dates. Not sure.
First after a few months of ADT and Radiation Finished .01
3 mos. later .02
3 mos. later .09
3 mos. Later .1

ADT was keeping the PSA down. Once that stopped, PSA started to rise. It will level off.
and the difference between .09 and .1 is .01 - statistically meaningless and effectively the same.
Sounds fine to me.

One less thing to worry about
at this time.
Have an amazing weekend.
