Clean 2 years after SRT

Happy to get another undetectable report two years after SRT! After also being undetectable for a few years after RALP makes me cautiously optimistic as this marathon continues.

Did you do ADT or just SRT? Was it offered etc etc.

I am getting close to a SRT decision but I am going the statin+metformin route....

Hi Hogo, I did not do ADT. Tried to convince doctor but he said I was not high risk. I believe I saw a recent study that supported his position. Good luck

Nearly 14 years ago, and my PSA is still undetectable.

Congrats....I suspect you are a member of a very LARGE group, totally under-represented on Healing Well.

Great news and since I know others scan this forum to hear our experiences let me add that I have a similar story - signature below. I am sure we are under-represented.
One hour ago I got my latest post salvage treatment PSA 0.01 after 9 months. Of course our paths are all different, at the time of my RP I was told I might have a positive margin and spent the next 5 years hoping that was not true, when my numbers started to climb I then hoped that I did have a positive margin! My IGMRT treatment went very well, of course like us all you then want the next step and I am delighted with 0.01 but hoping it is not nadir or if it is that I stay there for another 55 orbits. How long does a SRT nadir take?
