Zytiga vs Erleada vs Xtandi

Hi everyone,
After almost 3.5 years on lupron interspersed with 17 sessions of IMRT, we are now at a point where we are deciding which 2nd line hormone to go on. My husband's PSA has slowly crept up from a happy 6 month undetectable period post IMRT to 0.47 now and the latest CT scan showed a few small lung Mets. Doctor is asking us to consider second line hormone, either Zytiga, Xtandi or Erleada. Would love to get advice on the group on how best to make a choice between each of these? Cost is not an issue as we (thankfully) have a great insurance plan that covers everything. He did very well on Lupron with minimal side effects apart from some weight gain so we are hoping that we can still maintain the same quality of life.

My husband has been on Zytiga now since the summer and really hasn't had many additional side effects. He's still doing Elgard injections. Tired ... but that is about it.

I would go with whatever you Oncologist suggest. We are just laymen/and women here. I am partial to Zytiga, and a believer for it and an advocate for it ,as you can see from my stats, undetectable for about 50 months now.
Some have issues with it affecting their liver, so be careful get very regular blood tests (probably every three months).

Not there yet but my Oncologists plan once I become castrate resistant is.
1) No scannable mets - Xtandi
2) Scannable mets - Zytiga
