I'll echo--and add to--some of Saipan Paradise's reply comments. He nicely recapped the pertinent elements of your 3+4, pT3a, pN0 (PSM?) case so far, and highlighted that there is
NOT a one-size-fits-all ART vs. SRT advantage...an important point several other respondents to your original post seem to not be aware of, or simply forgot/ignored (either/both of which is troubling and should give readers pause).
I would not willfully ignore the real and consequential impacts of overtreatment... especially after your 9 years of AS, and it sounds like your urologist/surgeon is in-line with this thought process. My suggestion is to investigate and discuss with your caregiver--engage in a real "shared decision-making" discussion--the genomic classifier (GC) Decipher test (expensive, but usually covered by insurance) to gather more relevant information.
