That must be so great to have morning wood again, I can barely imagine! Not too shabby about
your results with PC, either! ;)
Try some liposomal B12 for your shoulder(or better yet, a 1 mg/day B12 injection for a couple of weeks). The type I have used is called Pro-Bone-O. Sadly, it did nothing for erections, as it's name might apply. But, at the time I was just trying to figure out when I could take time off from giving anesthesia for my surgery. My ortho guy guessed it was bone spurs, which if I waited too long would tear my rotator cuff. Any way, I started taking the B12 and within a couple of weeks I was much better, even already "cured", with full range of motion both shoulders. It's now 19 year later and still no surgery required, no more shoulder problems. I have got another bottle and taken it once or at the most twice over those 19 years years when I started getting some minor pain in my shoulder again.
Of course, it all depends on what is wrong with you, assuming it will help at all. What it was recommended to me for was as a cure for "shoulder bursitis". I suspect that if the rotator cuff is already torn it quite likely would not have helped me as much, but who knows? A while back there was someone else here about
ready for shoulder surgery. I told him about
the liposomal B12, he tried it, and it fixed him up, at least in the short run. I don't know if he had long term success or not. EDIT: caution, I see there are 2 Pro-Bono B12s out there. One had lots of stuff besides B12, and was way more expensive. It appears to be more marketed for general bone health, and I don't think it is liposomal, which is apparently important. I had tried high dose B12 which seemed to help somewhat, but the liposomal version is what seemed to have the big effect.
