Is anybody aware of steps one can take to proactively increase the pace at which T returns, after ADT?
I’ve seen vague references on the internet but nothing that’s raised my eyebrows.

Any experiences?

PDA you are a master wordsmith.
I was thinking more like more exercise (which I’m trying) and certain foods. I don’t think I’m ready for any t supplementation type activities just yet. Too close to treatment for comfort.

Andrew there is so much I want to say right now in response to your comment, but alas, I’m a moderator, and I have a responsibility to at least try, to act like an 🧑 adult

I know a patient who uses Toremifene to raise his testosterone level after ADT.

Be careful what you wish for. I've been on ADT vacation since May. My T is now back in the low end of normal range - and my PSA is climbing right along with the T.
