Two at once?

OK. Probably a really dumb question, but here goes. Randy has worsening incontinence (most likely from salvage radiation). We have an appointment coming up in October for a consultation for an AUS. He has also dealt with complete ED after surgery. He's tried Cialis, Viagra, pump...even injections didn't work well due to venous leakage. So, here's the question...has anyone had, or heard of having both implants, either at the same time or in different surgeries? That's a lot of hardware in a small space. He wants to ask the doc to do both at the same time to avoid 2 hospital visits and time off from work.

Of course, we'll talk to the surgeon, but I just wondered if anyone else had both surgeries, and what your experience with it has bee. It seems like a lot to me. Thoughts?
