uPSA accurate to the hundreths or thousandths?

So sometimes I see people posting about their PSA being less than 0.1 (the standard test). Then I see uPSA tests as being posted as less than 0.01 and then today I say someone post uPSA test being less than 0.001.

Is uPSA accurate down to the thousandths or hundredths?

Different labs with different essays, (testing methods), have different detection limits for example Quest can detect PSA down to .02, using ultra sensitive however LabCorp can test down to less than .006. Generally speaking most guys here and probably most Drs., believe (and I think it’s common sense), that in the three decimal test the last digit is pretty much noise. if you think about it 3/100 of a nanogram per deciliter. That’s pretty minuscule.
Unfortunately when it’s your own PSA we hang out every digit and probably in our minds, make that third digit out to be more than it really is

When you get down near true undetectable, ALL the tests seem to "drift" around a little. Background noise. The uPSA test (0.000) tends to float around from test to test, meaningless numbers really, but it creates a lot of PSA anxiety..
