Hi Everyone,
I have been lurking for awhile but finally decided to post. I was diagnosed with pc in October 2018.
Oct 17/ 1.13 psa
Oct 18/ 2.45 psa
Jan 19 / 2.70 psa
Also, November 2018 biopsy showed 7 of 12 cores were positive but very low percentages ( 15% highest). The urologist had me do the genomic (sp ?) test which showed it was near the moderate level of aggressiveness. Did a lot of reading here on this website and others, and decided to go cyberknife route in June. As of today, no significant ED issues probably at 80%. Ejaculate is minimal and I feel climax is less intense (could be a mental thing ?). Urinary flow is pretty good, still get up once a night to pee. With all that being said I feel cyberknife was the way to go for me, and would probably choose it again. So my question is being 6 months out I still have a warm tingling feeling all the time which feels more penile irritation more so than internally. Is this common and eventually goes away, or is this my new norm. Thank you all for this website and responding to all our questions.
Thanks, Bolts56
