PSA trend—is it reason to be concerned?

I use LabCorp as a comparison lab. I order it myself through walk-in-labs. LabCorp's results have been consistent since 2017. All 0.9

My urologist uses Wake Forest lab. The signature has the Wake numbers.

Should I be concerned about the increase from 0.79 to 0.92 in the Wake Lab report for 2019 to 2020?

I think it's very likely that you're just fine. The bounce is well in line with your PSA history.
