I don't think there will be much doubt that tissue was left behind: there were positive margins and cancer was seen in the portion of the bladder neck sent to the lab, so it's likely some remains at the bladder junction. In addition, if the seminal vesicle invasion went all the way to the left or right tip, the friable nature of malignant tissue makes it possible that the seminal vesicle(s) wasn't removed entirely. This can also happen at the end of each vesicles that lie close to the rectum. (PCa grows continuously from the prostate into the seminal vesicle(s) -- "skip lesions" are uncommon).
