Simple urinary stress incontinence aid for uncircumcised.

10 yrs after radical prostatectomy I still have urinary stress incontinence and wear 1 light pad a day. I hated the feeling of uncontrollable stress "squirts" and discovered something that helped. For 5 years I have, in addition to a pad, hand-made from 4 thicknesses of soft toilet tissue (4 inches by 2.5 inches rectangle) a wrap-around cover for the tip of my uncircumcised penis, which is held in place by my foreskin. I use about 3 a day and 1 at night. If put in place carefully it causes no damage to skin and has no harmful side effects. I can post details of how I make and attach them if anyone wants to try making and using them. Works for me!

Have you tried a penile clamp? When an acquaintance of mine recommended it a short time after my catheter was removed I reluctantly tried it (Cunningham) and after trimming the foam I found out that it didn't bother me at all and allowed me to live normally through the day without a pad or any concerns of leaking. I used it for a few weeks until my incontinence came under control. Now, after about 4 months post op, I'm dry but still afraid to go out without a thin pad even though I haven't leaked in weeks.

I like the lightweight "pouches" to catch the occasional stress drip... Depending on activity, a single pouch can last for a few days...
