Last Feb, I had a dry cough for a long time and shortness of breath and pain in my chest, But I had no fever....
On the 4th visit to ER they finally admitted me with the Flu and Pneumonia....
So the question is did have Covid 19, Can you have it without the temp....

Congratulations are in order if he had it and recovered. As far as immunity, maybe not so much. Dr Fauci said that he believes immunity should be good through September for those who have recovered. The virus probably mutates like the flu. This may be a long term gig.

An updated on my SIL. She off the respirator and in a regular ward in the hospital. I was able to speak to her yesterday. Docs say this will be a long recovery.

Thanks, Billy Bob. And since as we know GMTA, I was hoping the same thing, immunity duration notwithstanding.

But much more importantly -- InTheShop: Great GREAT NEWS! Whew. A long recovery I suppose is to be expected. But that word recovery is wonderful to hear.

And halbert that's indeed interesting that you mention night sweats. I feel purty much fine now, have for a week, and I'm getting night sweats too.

Andrew...glad to hear about your SIL. It certainly seems to me that folks will have long recoveries once they're out of the hospital.

The doctor is going to keep her in the hospital at least another week and then it's possible that she might go to a rehab facility. There questions if there might be permanent damage.
