Thank you for your kind responses to my other post.
I am still kicking.
As you may recall, in March 2017 I fell. My neck snapped back. Unbeknownst to me, I had severe spinal stenosis. The result was major spinal damage. I was paralyzed, arms and legs. I regained some function and had to relearn how to walk. The last year, things have deteriorated. I remain in a wheelchair although I can still get up and walk a few blocks. My arms and hands are about 65% useless. The worst symptom is increasingly severe muscle spasms. The strong muscle relaxers don't work as well any more.
When I read the above, it sounds like one big whine. Rest assured, that's not me. But you asked for an update, so there it is.
On the PC front, I am holding my own. My G4+3 remains a pain to deal with (hate every upcoming PSA test). So far, HT on and then off has been working (I will be 75 in about 7 weeks). I was dx. in 2009.
Also, I've done Ga68-PSMA scans twice when my PSA moved up. Each time they found 2 lesions in nearby nodes. Each time SBRT knocked it back. My PSA is due to rise again. I have put off doing my next PSA from late April to May and probably it will be June.
I don't post much as my spinal situation has dwarfed my PC focus. But I do peruse HW.
