Had uPSA drawn on Weds and came back with <0.006. Next one will be very close to my 2 year surgical anniversary.

Excellent, GG! I'm curious what your biopsy Gleason score was. Were there any G7 cores?

Yes, 2 cores were 3+4 (15% grade 4, 1 core, 10% grade 4 2nd core)
3 cores 3+3
And the original grading was done by Dianon Systems which is lab that the Uro Group uses. Doc did Decipher too = .61. Dianon notes that my case was reviewed at the daily interdepartmental conference.
Grading was confirmed by Epstein but down graded the 15% to 10% grade 4.

Biopsy was done by my original Uro who assisted my RALP surgeon. The surgery was a bit tricky as he went through my left side to work around an umbilical hernia mesh. Hernia surgeon also stopped by to help!

GG - Thanks for remembering, you helped me along then since you were a couple of months ahead of me.

I had the same umbilical hernia mesh but they worked around it, repaired it well, and has not caused me an issue since.

Due to this ongoing BS, Uro's office called for next PSA and said they had to push it back a couple of weeks to Jun 1st. They said I could do it at my regular clinic if I wanted. I said no, a two week worry free vacation is appreciated.

Congrats, GG. I had my surgery done at Morristown just a few months before you did. SRT done at MD Anderson / Summit Medical in Florham Park.
