Been on ADT shots, continuously, starting with LUPRON, for 7 continuous years ...
Here's some "easy breezy" strategies that help ... choose the ones that suit you ...
Install a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom. A room fan works well, too ...
Keep ice cubes and ice water or iced tea on hand ... I like to freeze partially filled bottles in the freezer ... allowing for "expansion" when they freeze.
Did you know they have ice cube trays that make "skinny" ice cubes that slide into water bottles now?!! Who knew?!!
Take a water bottle to work, and put one on your nightstand at bedtime. I also cut lemon and lime slices, freeze them, and toss a few frozen slices into cold water, just to mix it up. A boost of Vitamin C, as well ...
Some fellows keep a couple of frozen ice packs in the freezer, for a quick source of relief.
Cotton clothing is your best bet ... cotton socks, briefs, boxers, shorts, t-shirts.
For most social occasions, restaurants, and get togethers, I wear khacki slacks, sporty t-shirt, with a stylish "wrinkle free" Oxford dress shirt over that ---- sleeves rolled, mostly unbuttoned.
It's comfortable, classy, and casual ... and all cotton ... ahhh ... breathable cotton.
If night sweats are a problem ... double sack each pillow with two pillowcases, to protect the pillows, and light cotton sheets and bedding. Launder often ...
My favorite tips? Definitely the ceiling fans! Worth every penny, just sayin' !
This time of year, as fall approaches, they often put room fans on sale, if that's easier for you.
Best tip of all, though? The one that helps YOU the most, FoxRun.
Hope you'll find one or two of these ideas helpful ...
