Fifteen months ago my PSA was 0.525. Last four test results were
0.415, 0.363, 0.312 and 0.305 (on 2/19/20). This was achieved with
diet and moderate exercise. I'm not taking any meds for PC, and the
only supplements I'm taking are B12 and D3, for general health. My
gleason score was 4 + 3 biopsy and 3 + 3 pathology. My PSADT was
7 months, prior to the diet.
I have already applied the brakes to get 0.305 through the increase of dietary
iron - - using mussels and shrimp. I don't want the PSA to go much below 0.3.
This way, the "therapy sensitive" cells are kept around to help keep the "therapy
resistant " cells under control. This is referred to as adaptive therapy.
