This sleep thing seems to have resolved, as the last few days, I’ve been back to sleeping 6-7 hours and getting up at 7:30-8AM. Weird but I’ll take it.
My thyroid tests, B12, all came back normal, in fact all tests normal, except Triglycerides, HDL, and unfortunately as I suspected, testosterone is down to 220 (268 in june) I wonder if the low T has influenced my sleep patterns, but then again, if that’s the case, why am I back to normal sleeping if that’s the case.
