AUS 800 artificial sphincter

I don't know if I discussed this before but my problem is not going away. I had a Boston Scientific AUS 800 installed I august 2020. My scrotum is still very tender to touch. Not I also have a Penile Implant pump in my scrotum. The pump makes my scrotum buldge out where it hangs. I wonder if it is installed to low. I have tried going commando and also with briefs. Nothing helps. I do ride a quad a few times a week and wonder if I am pinching my scrotum. But there is no pain when ridding it. I am also using hydrocortisone on the exterior several times a day. Has anyone have any experience with the AUS? Any suggestions? Next appointment with surgeon is in March.

I had my AUS installed in summer 2019. While recovery went well, it was extremely sensitive down there for about 6 months. I'd be aware of it whenever I would bend over to pick something up and pants would tighten up in that area. Eventually it went away and now everything is normal.

Yes, it takes a long time for them to be altogether comfortable. It was about six months before mine got to the point where I never thought about it except when I had to pee. You'll get there.
