Just received my latest PSA test results. I have a new nadir at 0.5!
I did have to live with a bounce for 6 months. I have read that bounces are good, but it is still hard to wait for the next drop. I am also happy to report that I still have no side effects. I feel blessed.
If any of you are low to intermediate risk, I recommend a close look at SBRT as an option.

Great results. The initial goal is to get to PSA of 0.50 so you have achieved that goal. And many regard bounces as a good thing. How are you doing regarding any lingering treatment side effects?

No rectal, urinary, or erectile side effects. I am very grateful.

Have you tried a cross-hand grip? Or you could just hit the ball closer to the hole....jus sayin.

I'm using the "claw" grip now. Not as good as SBRT, but definitely helps.
