Is anyone currently on Radium 223 / Xofigo

I don't have any experience, but do want to wish you both all the best. I don't see much in the way of alieviating side effects except for:

What can patients do to help alleviate or prevent discomfort and side effects?

"Pay careful attention to the physician’s instructions and inform the physician of any side effects.
Maintain adequate rest and nutrition.
Eat small meals frequently to help alleviate nausea.
If patients have been prescribed an anti-nausea medication, they should be sure to take the prescribed doses.
Have blood cell count monitored while receiving radium Ra 223 dichloride.
Drink plenty of fluids. (Patients should ask their physician about the amount of liquid to consume during a day.)
If possible, avoid large crowds or people who are sick or not feeling well, as this drug may leave some patients susceptible to infection.
Wash hands often to reduce the risk of infection.
Avoid activities that may cause injury or bruising.
Use a soft toothbrush and an electric razor to prevent cuts on the mouth or skin."

Mindful of you and your husband --- and I hope the new treatments went without a hitch today.

I always follow your posts ---- your husband is to be commended for his dedication to exercise.

It isn't always easy, but I have kept working full-time during all of my treatments --- it keeps some normalcy intact and it's good to focus on other things besides treatments.

During treatments ---evenings and weekends are important --- for resting and relaxing. Keep seeking that sense of "balance" ... and staying active helps physically and mentally. Your husband's ten-mile jaunts are a testament to that!

Summer days are here, and hoping your husband is tolerating the XOFIGO/Radium 223 treatments well.

Hope the side effects are few, minimal, and manageable!

It sounds from your last post, that a scheduled treatment plan is all in place --- every four weeks.

You mentioned summertime rounds of golf ---- hoping you have both been enjoying some rounds of golf, with dinner afterwards, at the clubhouse.

Thank you Everton. He has used the Biotene and several other remedies that are supposed to help. So far we are not finding any relief.
