Thanks guys
@Michael...i agree, while i would prefer a highter T level, I'll take it, along with a "<", rather than the other way around
@Jack. thanks Jack, I haven't seen my RO or any other prostate doc in 18 months. The last three visits, since Covid started, have been televideo visits with one of the Nurse Practitioners. My RO has been less available (Zelefsky at MSK) I have heard from other patients that he has been wanting to spend more time on research. I'm ok with it as long as my PSA remains undetectable. The NP's are very knowledgeable. Anyway, i did discuss it with her last time, in May, and she indicated that they dont like to consider T supplementation until 5 years of undetecable PSA. Which is ok, i dont think i am ready for that anyway. For now, i think if i can lose some weight, that i put on in the last few months, and also go back to some moderate weight lifting, it might come up. Also, the last two tests before this were 260, 267 so the 188 might be an anomoly. I have been a bit lower energy than in the past, but nothing i can't deal with .
@Todd, i know how that feels, needless to say, during ADT i was down to 4 on the T. You seem to be managing it well, though. I need some of your mental toughness, i can tell from our phone conversations, you're my hero.
