Just got the report in my chart.
HERE WE GO:
D.Highest Grade Group 4: Grade Groups range from 1 (most favorable) to
5 (least favorable).
Equivalents: Grade Group 1, Gleason score <6; Grade Group 2,
Gleason score 3+4=7;
Grade Group 3, Gleason score 4+3=7; Grade Group 4, Gleason score
8; and Grade Group 5, Gleason score 9-10.
Percentages of Gleason grade 4: RA,too few glands to quantitate;
RLB,70%.
Perineural invasion present: RB, RM.
Cribriform Gleason pattern 4 is present.
Paneth-like cells are seen in tumor in a few of the cores. Discrimination of
IDCP from invasive carcinoma, for diagnostic and grading purposes, is
confirmed immunohistochemically on 2 composite slides containing all
cores. Combined staining for p63/HMWK is negative in the invasive
carcinoma and shows retained basal cells in the IDCP; staining for
AMACR is increased in both.

It's like learning a new language.
EDIT: I know this is way too exhaustive, but I don't know what to cut and what is critical info.
