The things one comes across while websurfing at 1AM.
Most likely everyone knows about
and has probably seen"The Birds," the 1963 horror film directed by Alfred Hitchcock. It was a very successful film and a very scary one.
Well, it seems that something similar to what happens in the film actually took place in real life in Houston, Texas back in 2020:

But there is no mention on the web as to whether these "grackle attackles," as one article puts it, have ever resulted in any harm to humans.
Still, I imagine it would be
pretty creepy to be walking out to one's car in the parking lot, to get in and drive home, and suddenly be greeted by a sight such as the above video presents.
Who knows, if this has been going on long enough in Houston, perhaps knowledge of it actually inspired the movie!
