Prostate mysteriously Shrinks...

Feb 2021: MRI shows prostate at 41cc.
Dec 2021: Biopsy shows 2 of 40 cores with G(4+3)
March3 2022: New MRI done to get targeting information on PCa. Also 6 mo Lupron after MRI.

MRI report...
Prostate now 31cc.
MRI can not see the biopsy G(4+3) Rt. anterior distal
MRI finds PiRads grade 3 elsewhere. 8mm. Left posterior lateral peripheral zone at apex.

Can anyone make sense of this?

Unfortunately , i have no clue. Maybe someone will eventually respond with a reasonable explanation

Only thing i can think of is that MRI's are not exact science, maybe one of the radiologists miscalculated.

I've never heard of a Magic Mystery Oil guitar.

If you play, and are interested in that guitar, search for cigar box guitars on Ebay. You can also make your own for about $100. All you need is a finished neck, pickups and a bridge. Make the body from anything you desire. Bridge placement from the nut is simply 2 times the distance from the 12th fret to the nut.

I do not unfortunately play an instrument. Although I do own an accordian that my dad gave me. He played.
But I do admire those who can play music.

Thank you for sharing the accordion demo, groundhogy. That is a beautiful reed instrument. The girl does play it well. I have a small reed keyboard called a melodica, that sounds just like an accordion. The only difference is you blow into a tube to power it, instead of moving the bellows of an accordion. I'm glad you brought this up. I feel a kinship with your dad.
