Been following your posts, DonJ --- VERY thankful to read your good news!
Sounds like ERLEADA is already having a positive impact on your PSA levels!
ERLEADA is a newer weapon in the armory --- and so it's helpful to read your first-hand experiences.
Like you, I feel it's important to set fitness goals. You're staying ACTIVE, and it's got to pay benefits --- mentally, physically, emotionally.
Even here in the snowy Midwest --- I try to stay consistent with my daily walks --- neighborhood walks, trail walks, lake trail walks, and trails in state and county parks.
I feel fortunate, because there's a large park right outside my door --- with an additional greenbelt trail that includes wooded areas, prairie areas, a winding creek, and a huge pond. I enjoy every walk I take.
Your drop in PSA is so encouraging, DonJ!
There's nothing better than starting a new medication or treatment - and seeing that PSA decreasing.
In your case, it did MORE than decrease --- it literally TUMBLED!
I'm also glad you are finding new ways to mitigate side effects, by changing the timing of your medication schedule.
Sometimes --- little changes can make a significant difference.
Here's to ongoing success with ERLEADA, DonJ!
Stay in touch with us here, and keep us posted!
Handshake, fellowship, best wishes ~~~
